ProtectIQ shields your at-home devices, stopping threats before they ever make it to your devices. ProtectIQ sends notifications via RC’s Wi-Fi App, CommandIQ app of what has been blocked. ProtectIQ is a feature included in all 500 & 750 speeds. The CommandIQ app can be downloaded for free from App Store or Google Play.

ExperienceIQ - Included

ExperienceIQ allows parents/grandparents/heads of households to control and prioritize online traffic to Wi-Fi devices in the home, such as game systems, smart TVs, phones, and tablets. ExperienceIQ also allows you to pause Wi-Fi to a single device; create time limits and set content restrictions

Whole Home Managed Wi-Fi - Included

Add-on Option: Protection Plan - $3/month

Protection Plan is an Add-on Option. It is assurance in knowing that “help without a service call fee” is just a call away with: troubleshooting assistance, replacement of RC owned-equipment and some in-home wiring. Not all technician visits are covered. Accounts not enrolled in the Protection Plan are subject to a service call fee.
