3. Enter in the Invoice Number and the Amount Due from your most recent invoice

5. Once registration has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent.
Automatic Bank Payments
1. You can sign up for automatic bank draft by using your bank routing and your checking account numbers. With this option, your monthly bill can be deducted from your bank account automatically. You choose the day…

Credit or Debit Card Payment by Phone
RC Technologies accepts payment by credit or debit card. Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to pay your bill over the phone. We will verify your identity, confirm your monthly bill amount, and give you option on how to pay.

What is South Dakota One Call?
South Dakota One Call is a state-wide system that provides communication to excavators, as well as homeowners and landowners, to notify utility companies their intent to dig. This allows the utility company to marked buried line in advance of any digging so you can dig safely.

Does RC Have Internet Only Packages?
Yes. Internet Only packages are now being offered in various speeds within our service area. RC customers are no longer required to have a landline phone to have internet.
What Are the Fastest Internet Speeds?
Internet speed depends on several things. Here are three major factors: 1.) the location where you live, 2.) the technology available in your area, 3.) the age of the devices being used.
RC Technologies (telephone) exchanges are 100 percent fiber! We also deliver fiber broadband the communities of… Corona, Kranzburg, parts of rural Watertown and the Big Stone Lake area.
In locations outside of RC Technologies exchanges, addresses will be verified by our office and/or a technician to see if service is available to that location.

How Many TVs Are Included In A Bundle?
Every RCTV Bundle includes 1 Set Top Box to operate 1 TV within the bundle price. Each additional TV/set top box may be added for one low monthly rate.
Does RCTV Have HD Channels?
Every RCTV package includes one TV within the package price. Each additional TV/set top box may be added for a low monthly rate.
Does RC Offer DVR?
Cloud DVR is available. Certain RCTV bundles offer 500 Gig of Cloud DVR storage, approximately 75-90 hours depending if the video is SD or HD. Additional Cloud DVR storage can be purchased for an additional fee.
What Is Streaming?
Streaming is a term to describe the delivery method of receiving video over the internet in real-time.
When considering, you will first need to make sure you have adequate internet speed to have a good experience streaming video.

Does RC Offer Phone Service?
Yes. RC Technologies offers two options for voice services, Landline Phone or Digital Voice.
Is Landline Phone available?
Landline phone is available and can be added to any package for an additional monthly rate. Landline Only service is available.
Note: Service is not available in all areas. Some restrictions do apply.
What Is Digital Voice?
Digital Voice is a low-cost alternative to having landline phone— a way to save money and still have a home phone.
Digital Voice works similar to your landline phone. No special phone is required and has the same calling features— Voice Mail, Voice Mail to Text, Voice Mail to Email, Caller ID, Call Waiting— at the fraction of landline price. Plus, Digital Voice includes Unlimited Long Distance Calling within the continental U.S.
Digital Voice is not offered separately and must accompany internet. In the event of a cable damage or a power outage, Digital Voice calls will be forwarded to your cell phone.
