How much will the installation cost?
Installation costs vary depending on the specific need for your yard or situation. Installation fees start at $99/hr; thereafter, the hourly rate is discounted to $75/hr. Billing in 30-minute increments depending on the difficulty of the installation.
Do I need to return the Outdoor Wi-Fi Unit(s) if I disconnect service?
Yes, returning the Outdoor(s) is required if you either disconnect either your Outdoor Wi-Fi or your Internet service entirely. Our technicians will retrieve the equipment during a scheduled appointment.
Is there a separate contract or commitment?
Yes, we require a 3-year commitment. If the Outdoor Wi-Fi commitment is not fulfilled, a pro-rated penalty fee may be incurred. Commitments can be transferred to new owners.
Will my CommandIQ app work with my Outdoor Wi-Fi Unit(s)
Absolutely! You can prioritize devices and manage your network, including Outdoor Wi-Fi Unit(s) with the CommandIQ app. ProtectIQ is also built-in to protect your devices against malware, viruses and web threats.
